My approach to Tarot is shaped by my background as a martial artist of over three decades. Martial arts taught me discipline, presence, respect for energy, and the power of embodied awareness.

From this foundation comes The Embodied Warrior — not as a fighting force, but as an inner state.

The Embodied Warrior is about standing tall in your truth.
Taking up space without apology.
Moving through life with intention, clarity, and self-respect.

While future offerings will include karate-inspired movement, this space is currently devoted to Tarot — where the same principles apply: awareness, alignment, integrity, and inner strength.

The Embodied Warrior is a beginner-friendly karate-based movement class that brings together the spiritual, physical and emotional power of martial arts - all in a safe, accessible space.

Centering (2–3 mins): Breath + presence

  1. 🔥 Warm Up (10 mins): Full body activation

  2. 🥋 Technique Focus (20 mins): Learn 1–2 stances, strikes or blocks

  3. ⚡ Flow Practice (15 mins): Repetition, movement across the floor, kata (form)

  4. 💫 Integration (5–10 mins): Stillness, reflection, and soft close
